“Our 250 year old church was on the verge of extinction and I knew I might be one of its last pastors. We knew we needed help, but didn’t think we could afford it. Through a process that included training, an onsite consultation and coaching our church experienced revitalization. Over the next few years our church of 50 people saw 20 adults come to know the Lord, we had kids in our children’s ministry once again, and there was excitement about how God wanted to use our church in the future. I have now retired and the church was able to bring in another full-time pastor to continue the work that was launched.”
