Tim Fearer has experience with four churches as pastor/head-of-staff, currently serving Christ Community Church Milpitas (Silicon Valley) as their Transitional Pastor. Tim has also helped train pastors and other leaders across the US and in the Middle East where he was a mission worker for eight years. He holds degrees from Westmont College, Princeton Seminary and Claremont Graduate University. Tim is also a certified coach and a spiritual director.
