One on One Coaching
Coaching is coming alongside someone to help them discover and carry out their vision, mission or goals. Coaches don’t have to be subject matter experts. They are there to listen and help unpack and plan out what you want to accomplish. Coaches do this by listening and asking questions to help focus on identified areas for change or growth by creating a context for reflection and helpful feedback for deeper understanding of issues at hand.
A one-on-one coaching relationship or a spiritual director can help you to develop and deploy you as a leader in all areas of your life, both personally and professionally, whether you are a pastor, elder, or church leader.
